Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Behavior Analysts to join our dynamic team. As a Behavior Analyst with Positive Behavior Supports Corporation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive behavior plans to achieve clinical goals
  • Provide direct intervention and supervision of support staff
  • Collect data and complete assessments, reports, and updates in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other service professionals to enhance and integrate intervention
  • Attend regional meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
  • BCBA or BCaBA certification
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Level Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Working experience in ABA (including practicum/internship experience)
