About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at Epredia, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed defined sales goals and quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, from front-line staff to decision-makers, to understand their priorities and propose solutions based on their present and future needs
  • Proactively schedule customer visits, follow up after sales, install and train on equipment, and resolve service issues
  • Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to maximize selling opportunities
  • Manage customer expectations by asking good questions and detailing Epredia's value proposition
  • Create a positive customer experience by coordinating internally to ensure customer needs are met
  • Utilize sales forecasting tools to document sales forecasts and identify opportunities to grow the sales funnel
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends within the industry and territory
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences as applicable
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • 3+ years of sales experience with demonstrated results
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated experience selling medical or laboratory capital equipment and/or consumable types of products
  • Experience with sales forecasting tools
  • Experience in the clinical and/or histology laboratory space
  • Experience working with channel partners is highly preferred
What We Offer

Competitive base salary: $95K - $105K based on experience + uncapped variable compensation
