Sales Operations Coordinator

Powercast Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales and operational functions. This role will play a crucial part in supporting prospective and current customers through the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Sales Team: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and more.
- Process Management: Assist in developing and implementing sales processes to improve efficiency. Identify sales trends and follow up opportunities.
- Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Data Management: Assist in maintenance of sales data in HubSpot.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategies and improve sales effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related admin role.
- Experience with HubSpot required and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
