We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Sales Bizlab. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and manage correspondence in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and data
  • Handle office supply inventory and reorder as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for various departments
  • Support multiple departments with administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service
  • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and copiers
