Operations Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at Beacon Hill. As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide executive support to the Chief Operations Officer, including scheduling, preparing correspondence, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.
  • Compile data for monthly reports.
  • Assist in collecting, verifying, and submitting payroll and invoices.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • 2+ years in an administrative role.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
