Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with leadership experience
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with our diverse team
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience with Mexican cuisine is a significant plus
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and train kitchen staff
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
