Position Overview:
Verint is in search of a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to join our Global Marketing Operations team. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations.

The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with the Marketing Operations team to facilitate a smooth process from request to execution, overseeing requests from the Americas Demand Generation and Analytical Marketing teams.

In this role, you will ensure that marketing technologies are utilized to their maximum potential.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Technology Management:
- Translate business requirements into actionable plans for relevant tools.
- Maintain marketing spaces and request processes between Marketing Operations and the Americas Programs Marketing team to ensure alignment, considering other impacted teams (such as Digital and Growth teams).
- Support marketing automation campaign needs for Analytical Marketing, Americas Program Marketing, social and paid campaigns, and website initiatives.
- Ensure that the structure of global and cluster campaign email series and related assets aligns with global processes and tool capabilities.
- Monitor segmentation requests and address any concerns regarding contact segmentation overlap.
- Participate as a member of the Wrike Governance Committee.

ZoomInfo Management:
- Assist with global training related to SalesOS.
- Create and monitor Audiences and Workflows linked to all Analytical Marketing programs.
- Manage and oversee user licensing.

Conversica Management:
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of AI Assistant configurations.
- Continuously review AI conversations for accuracy and performance success.

Marketing Analytics Programs:
- Coordinate request intake for ZoomInfo and Marketing Automation tool development needs.
- Develop and validate ZoomInfo Audience definitions and associated workflows.
- Manage the roadmap to ensure coordination with other activities.

Analytics Responsibilities:
- Own ongoing and ad hoc reporting related to system usage, benefits, gaps/deficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing Automation and Digital teams to ensure accurate reporting, tracking, and monitoring of campaigns.
- Assist with budget management and renewals across the MarTech stack managed by the Marketing Operations team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 6 years in a marketing operations or marketing management role.
- Strong understanding of the marketing execution lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on task execution.
- Comprehensive understanding of the B2B technology, marketing, and sales framework.
- Experience with marketing analytics models such as ROI, Attribution, and Mixed Media models.
- Proven ability to present and communicate effectively with senior business leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation capabilities.
- Confident and collaborative approach.
- Passion for exploring new ideas and methodologies.
- Successful completion of a background screening process in accordance with applicable regulations.
