Job Summary:
The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to employees and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and equipment
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and issues
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and communicate technical information to employees
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service
- Knowledge of computer systems and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
