Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst

Gen4 Dental Partners is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly results, preparing annual budgets, and ad-hoc forecasts to support the company's strategic growth and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prepare annual and post-acquisition budgets and ad-hoc forecasting
  • Participate in monthly variance analyses as well as month-end close processes
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reporting packages and quarterly Board presentations
  • Create quarterly lender reporting and ad-hoc lender presentations
  • Act as a finance business partner for operations and other parts of the business
  • Prepare internal and external reporting and analysis
  • Participate as needed in M&A activities including due diligence, closing, and post-closing integration
  • Perform other duties or ad-hoc analysis as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of finance or accounting experience
  • Previous FP&A experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Working Environment:

Working conditions include those typically seen in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
