Front Desk Agent Role

Midas Hospitality is a leading hospitality company that operates 40+ hotels in 14 states. We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Vib hotel located in Tempe, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive, depart, and in-house guests, as well as telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.
  • Sort incoming mail and faxes for guests.
  • Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
  • Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
  • Compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests.
  • Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service industry is required.
