We are seeking a highly skilled Security Compliance Analyst to join our team at Infinity Consulting Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and compliance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

The Security Compliance Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and supporting governance and security efforts in collaboration with other key stakeholders across the organization. This includes cross-functional coordination of the governance and security aspects of work and systems that relate to the delivery of financial services.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of information security controls, governance principles, and standards/frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, and CIS 18. They will also have strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and work effectively under deadlines.

Key responsibilities of the Security Compliance Analyst will include:

  • Assisting with risk assessments and audits to identify compliance issues
  • Reviewing client Information Security requirements and questionnaires and preparing responses
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of a third-party vendor risk management program
  • Maintaining a control matrix, mapping NIST CSF 2.0 controls frameworks to client and organizational requirements
  • Developing, maintaining, evaluating, and implementing policies and procedures in line with both business requirements and national and international legislative and regulatory changes
  • Maintaining an inventory of security improvement opportunities and action items
  • Preparing periodic reports on cyber security trends and compliance areas as well as communicating gap areas
  • Maintaining governance and security compliance inventories such as client security notification requirements
  • Reviewing and tracking ad-hoc client notifications and requests related to Information Security

The Security Compliance Analyst will also be responsible for collaborating with IT on the implementation of security controls required by clients, such as access restrictions, data protections, and vendor management requirements.
