Position Overview:

The President & CEO is seeking a dynamic, seasoned professional with extensive knowledge in non-profit financial leadership to spearhead the YMCA's fiscal strategies for a budget of $11 million.

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Financial Executive Officer (CFO), primarily based in Hyannis, MA, with the flexibility for some remote work.

The CFO will oversee all financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to navigate change and translate strategic vision into actionable plans. A proven track record of business innovation and growth is essential. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are critical for success in this role. This proactive, forward-thinking team player will provide clear direction and strong leadership for YMCA financial management.
