Job Overview:

As a Food Service Supervisor at Global Partners LP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will assist the General Manager in achieving corporate profit objectives, providing exceptional guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and work at any station as needed.
  • As the Manager on Duty, ensure the highest level of hospitality and service is provided to guests at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with established food standards, quality, preparation, and production.
  • Ensure compliance with prescribed standards in guest relations, labor costs, paper costs, restaurant safety, and sanitation.
  • Prepare and maintain personnel records, team member schedules, financial, and administrative reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company operational procedures for the dining room, service area, and kitchen.
  • Ensure that during the shift, all specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
  • Make decisions in the following areas:
  • Team member position assignments
  • Purchases in accordance with established inventory levels and budgets
  • Disciplinary actions as needed while the Manager On Duty
  • All decisions required to effectively execute shift operations
