Company Overview: National Sign & Marketing Corporation is a premier manufacturer and contractor specializing in electrical signage solutions.

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Project Administrator is essential to our operational success and supports our Project Managers in executing client and sales-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Support:
    • Prepare art requests for project designs as assigned.
    • Compile necessary information for precise scope of work, ensuring site surveys are conducted by subcontractors, sales associates, or personally.
    • Generate client quotations based on the defined scope of work.
    • Solicit bids from subcontractors for review by the Project Manager.
    • Request products from local vendors and monitor delivery timelines.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Release projects to subcontractors as authorized by the Senior Project Manager.
    • Scan and archive permits, notifying relevant staff when permits are secured.
    • Complete permit activity reports upon receipt of permits, coordinating with the Project Manager and Permit Expeditor.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Collect closing information from operations, including finals, signoffs, and photos.
    • Maintain organized records and accessible spreadsheets for effective communication with the Project Manager.
    • Occasional site visits may be required.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a project coordination role or equivalent support position.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take project-specific photographs and utilize measuring tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.

Compensation:
  • Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

  • Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
