Position Overview
As a Grants Manager, you will be pivotal in enhancing our organization's impact by spearheading the grant proposal process. This role involves collaborating with various professionals across departments to ensure the successful development and management of grant applications.
Your responsibilities will encompass identifying potential grant opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, monitoring grant progress, and maintaining adherence to grant stipulations.
Additionally, you will oversee grant budgets and provide detailed reports to funding organizations.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will undertake the following duties:
- Formulate and execute strategies for grant proposals
- Research and identify new grant opportunities
- Manage relationships with grant-making entities
- Collaborate with department and project leaders to fulfill grant requirements
- Draft precise grant proposals and monitor grant status
- Ensure compliance with grant policies and regulations
- Oversee budget creation, tracking, and reporting
- Supervise grant support personnel
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in nonprofit management, business, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in grant writing and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional writing and research capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
- Experience with grant management software and tools
- Demonstrated success in securing grant applications and awards
