Job Overview

We are looking for a Northeast Regional Project Coordinator who will play a vital role in our organization and contribute significantly to our achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Project Installation Technicians.
  • Provide direction and support to the technical team, promoting their professional development and creating pathways for career advancement.
  • Establish a regular schedule for team and individual meetings to facilitate effective communication and gather feedback.
  • Employ project management methodologies and tools for planning, scheduling, addressing scope issues, and managing risks.
  • Coordinate project efforts with the Delivery Center and other pertinent stakeholders.
  • Assist in the completion of RFPs as directed by the Director.
  • Ensure timely delivery by effectively routing project teams. Manage subcontractors concerning project planning, adherence to timelines, scope of work, and invoicing.
  • Oversee the project area portfolio concerning revenue, operating profit, inventory, and accounts receivable.
  • Forecast new projects and maintain daily accuracy of current and upcoming month forecasts.
  • Supervise direct reports to achieve relevant KPIs and assigned metrics.
  • Manage area installations and keep project summaries updated.
  • Create and maintain shared monthly project schedules that incorporate subcontract and internal resources. Collaborate with the Regional Director to set area priorities and guidelines.
  • Maintain close communication with Sales, Finance, Service, and Support to ensure efficient coordination of project changes and requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing technical teams, construction projects, or supporting IT environments. Relevant industry experience is preferred.
  • Network certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA are advantageous.
  • Microsoft Certification - Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) is preferred.
  • SQL 2016 Database Development Certification is preferred.
  • Certifications in CSM, PMP, or ITIL are highly regarded.
