As an Operations Intelligence Lead, you will harness your technical, operational, and military background to generate actionable intelligence for our clients.

Your Responsibilities: In this role, you will be instrumental in aiding our clients to comprehend their operational landscape and the national threats within it. You will:

  • Gain insights into various collection platforms and tools.
  • Investigate new data sources and integrate information from diverse origins, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and open-source intelligence.
  • Validate data and employ client methodologies to formulate assessments on strategic targets within your designated area of responsibility (AOR).
  • Establish yourself as the expert on your target set, AOR, and operational tools, providing timely recommendations under pressure.

Team Collaboration: You will drive complex global operations to produce actionable intelligence on high-priority issues. Collaborating with a team of analysts, you will share your knowledge and passion for solutions. This position offers direct leadership opportunities, guiding mission partners in a continuous operations environment.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a professional setting.
  • 3+ years in the operational community.
  • Experience in crisis management within high-stakes environments, including law enforcement or military operations.
  • Understanding of lifecycle and sponsor operations.
  • Capability to manage sensitive missions in a dynamic, high-impact operations center.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
