**Join our dynamic Semiconductor EPI Manufacturing team as a Senior Process Engineer and contribute significantly to the refinement and advancement of our semiconductor manufacturing processes.**

Position Overview

  • Enhance and develop semiconductor manufacturing processes related to the epitaxial growth of semiconductor materials.
  • Analyze and interpret process data to identify opportunities for improvement, increased yield, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with equipment engineering and production teams to incorporate new technologies and enhancements into the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize yield.
  • Design and execute process experiments to validate and optimize process parameters for enhanced quality and productivity.
  • Monitor and assess process performance indicators such as cycle time, defect rates, and equipment efficiency to uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to operators and technicians in resolving process-related challenges.
  • Establish and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Oversee initiatives aimed at enhancing Fab performance and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's or university degree in Electrical, Chemical, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, with a focus on epitaxial growth techniques being a plus.
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment, including epitaxy reactors, wafer handlers, and metrology tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Proficient in data analysis and the application of statistical process control (SPC) methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and process improvement.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Understanding of engineering practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
