  • Assist in crafting social content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Support the marketing team during events, overseeing social media coverage and event logistics.
  • Provide customer support by monitoring social media interactions.
  • Investigate emerging digital trends for actionable application.
  • Maintain current digital influencer and media databases.
  • Assist in managing a comprehensive library of photos and videos.
  • Collaborate in organizing a variety of engaging events such as concerts, family activities, festivals, and more, managing event logistics before and after the event. Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating event logistics pre- and post-event.
  • Managing registration and tracking attendees.
  • Overseeing promotional materials.
  • Handling social media coverage.
  • Coordinating vendor registration.
  • Conducting assessments before and after events.
  • Work together with event sponsors and partners to align materials with partnership expectations.
  • Distribute marketing materials and assist in promoting events within the designated area.
Requirements:
  • Ability to commit to a specified number of hours weekly.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings based on event schedules.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous.
  • Experience with various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in both team and independent environments.
  • Capable of working efficiently under deadlines while managing multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and energetic individual.
  • Organized, independent, with excellent multitasking capabilities.
  • Background in hospitality and/or entertainment is beneficial.
