Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a marketing analytics vision and strategy roadmap for Global Marketing.
  • Provide trusted advice and consultation to the global marketing leadership team, leveraging data from various marketing platforms and sources to contextualize marketing influence on business growth and inspire actions that improve performance.
  • Align analytics learning objectives through reporting with broader GTM functions like product marketing, marketing business partners, marketing strategy, sales, channel commercialization, operations, global technology, and business line leaders.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of analytics professionals at various stages of their career path and identify additional skillsets to further strengthen the team's output.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in statistics, economics, or related quantitative field.
  • 12+ years of marketing data & analytics roles with 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI, and Salesforce Dashboards for B2B Marketing use cases.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, Medallia/Qualtrics and SEO tools like BrightEdge, Ahrefs and similar.
  • Expertise in relational databases and requisite programming language (e.g., SQL, R, or Python) to work with them and maintain data integrity strongly preferred.

Pay Scale Information:

The salary range for this position is $136,000 - $225,000, with the possibility of bonus incentives. Actual compensation will be based on careful consideration of additional factors, including education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, and market considerations.
