Our client, a leading Fortune 500 company in the wireless communications infrastructure sector, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Project Operations Director to enhance their Internal Communications department. This is a hybrid role in Boca Raton, offering a unique blend of remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management processes within the Internal Communications team, utilizing proprietary project management tools to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage a diverse range of projects, from quick turnarounds to comprehensive website developments, ensuring clear project requirements and timelines are defined.
  • Collaborate with marketing vendors to produce high-quality branded materials and handle inventory management and billing for these projects.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of project timelines, particularly concerning press deadlines and production schedules.
  • Work closely with team members to assess project needs, allocate resources, and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Promote a professional and drama-free work environment, leading by example with a balanced and organized approach.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within an Internal Marketing Communications department of a professional organization.
  • A solid background in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMI Certification is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise in project management principles and practices.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational capabilities, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professionalism and teamwork, and a comprehensive understanding of production processes and timelines.
