Job Summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Account Manager to join our team. As an Industrial Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with industrial customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, including regular communication and site visits
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in industrial sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
