We're Looking for: A Partnerships Manager to spearhead growth in our accounting firm and fractional CFO partnerships. As an early team member, you'll have the opportunity to shape this function by establishing relationships with new firms and nurturing ties with existing partners. Your key responsibilities will include educating new partners on our platform, maintaining close relationships, launching strategic initiatives, and driving business development success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow our partner count from 100 to 1000 within your tenure
  • source new partnerships and nurture these relationships through frequent touchpoints, continuous education, and value-driven projects
  • Hit weekly outbound targets and quarterly business development goals
  • Collaborate with the GTM team to shepherd deals to close where assistance from partnerships is needed
  • Prioritize feedback for the product & engineering teams
  • Organize and attend accounting & CFO industry events

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year (dependent on experience)
