Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and support absence, accident, disability, voluntary benefits, and life insurance solutions that impact employees' lives.
- Manage business relationships with inforce clients and local brokers, ensuring exceptional service and proactive growth.
- Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and service partners to drive profitable growth and retention.
- Stay informed about insurance coverages, products, and industry updates to provide exceptional client and broker service.
- Participate in the renewal process, including negotiations and policy changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Life/Accident/Disability/Leave (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to use and present technology and online tools effectively.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- A customer-focused approach, organizational agility, problem-solving ability, and perseverance.
