Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our team at Agility Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with direct brands within the established territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly sales goals and accurately manage sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Review, negotiate, and close contracts and opportunities with direct brands.
  • Articulate the value of engagement and interactivity for digital and mobile advertising.
  • Attend industry events, entertain, network, and be fully immersed in the local digital scene.
  • Work closely with agencies and brands to advance their objectives in digital video.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-7 years of online direct sales experience; preferably in online video advertising or ad tech, directly selling to agencies and directly to brands.
  • Strong industry relationships within the space.
  • Deep understanding of online advertising processes & cycles and how decisions get made.
  • Understanding of technology and value.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
  • Understanding of digital campaign analytics and tools (PPT, Excel, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to relate to and build authentic relationships with clients and partners.

What We Offer:

  • $90,000 - $100,000+ OTE
