Sales and Business Development Director

Job Title: Regional Director of Business Development
Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Director of Business Development. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients across a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and AUM within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present Dimensional's investment capabilities and performance to clients, at company conferences, and industry functions.
- Collaborate with the Dimensional team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Represent Dimensional as a spokesperson and ambassador, promoting the company's brand and investment philosophy.
Requirements:
- Strong foundational knowledge of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation theory.
- Excellent business development skills and a client-centric approach.
- Ability to articulate Dimensional's investment philosophy and its place in the market.
- Self-starter with a track record of building relationships and growing a territory.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, desire to grow and develop, and intellectual curiosity.
