Job Title: Regional Director of Business Development

Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Director of Business Development. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients across a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and AUM within the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present Dimensional's investment capabilities and performance to clients, at company conferences, and industry functions.
  • Collaborate with the Dimensional team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Represent Dimensional as a spokesperson and ambassador, promoting the company's brand and investment philosophy.

Requirements:

  • Strong foundational knowledge of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation theory.
  • Excellent business development skills and a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to articulate Dimensional's investment philosophy and its place in the market.
  • Self-starter with a track record of building relationships and growing a territory.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, desire to grow and develop, and intellectual curiosity.
