Your Role at Teleperformance

As a Customer Care Agent, your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, addressing a variety of questions, issues, and concerns by offering innovative solutions. Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Effectively responding to customer inquiries
  • Delivering outstanding customer service through attentive listening
  • Handling sensitive customer information with discretion
  • Proactively resolving issues during the initial contact
  • Communicating clearly with customers
  • Calmly de-escalating conflicts
  • Escalating issues when necessary
  • Tracking call-related metrics for analysis
  • Providing insights on call matters
  • Upselling products/services when appropriate

Qualifications

We are looking for committed individuals who strive for excellence in all their endeavors.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
  • Preferably 6 months of experience in customer service
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient in using desktop computers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Organizational and prioritization skills

Remote Work Requirements

  • Internet Connection Standards:
  • Minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps
  • Internet Service Provider with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Validation of internet speed is required
  • Quiet and organized workspace
