  • Thoroughly and promptly assess and resolve assigned cases in accordance with established protocols.
  • Analyze transaction data and measure it against recognized risk indicators.
  • Identify and escalate complex or high-risk cases following set procedures.
  • Review quality discrepancies for necessary adjustments and update related cases with accurate information.
  • Maintain compliance with established productivity and quality standards.

Work Schedule:

  • The work shift will be 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
  • The workweek will be either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.
