Position Overview

The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the profitability of the Ally Insurance Team. This position is responsible for providing assistance with policy inquiries and claims related to GAP and vehicle service contracts, as well as other insurance offerings, to dealers, repair shops, retail clients, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Efficiently engage with callers to gather essential information for resolving inquiries related to GAP and vehicle service contracts.

- Assist clients with their policy and claim-related questions, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

- Accurately document customer interactions and decisions made during the process.

- Strive for total customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery.

- Communicate effectively with all relevant parties and adhere to internal guidelines and regulations.

- Maintain a strong focus on quality and compliance.

- This is an entry-level position that allows for remote work.

Qualifications

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.

- Knowledge of automotive mechanics is preferred.

- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is advantageous.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients.

- Reliability and punctuality are critical, along with the ability to multitask and make swift decisions.

- Typing speed of 40 words per minute is expected.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is typically required.

Compensation Range:

Entry Level: $50,960

Experienced: $56,680

Expert: $62,400

This position is eligible for our annual incentive compensation plan.
