• Performing other duties as assigned

**Key Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Experience using a CRM system

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take a broad perspective and influence others

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Strong project and program management skills

• Strategic thinking and ability to maintain calm under pressure

• Initiative and resourcefulness
