Position Overview:


Dairy Tech LLC, a Windsor-based enterprise, specializes in providing dairy and beef producers with essential calf management products and protocols.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, focusing on the production and assembly of our pasteurizer equipment.

This role will also encompass general warehouse responsibilities, including inventory picking and order packing for shipment.

The ideal candidate will possess familiarity with assembly tasks, particularly those involving hand tools.

The successful applicant will collaborate closely with our current production team to swiftly grasp the functionality of our pasteurizer equipment.

This position requires both independent and collaborative skills to fulfill daily job requirements.

On any given day, the responsibilities will include assembly work, machine repair and troubleshooting, customer service interactions, and order fulfillment within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate within a team to execute assembly and repair of machinery.
  • Assist with machine service inquiries, primarily troubleshooting via phone.
  • Fulfill warehouse duties, including order picking and packaging for shipment.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production area and warehouse.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in production or assembly.

General aptitude for reliable order fulfillment.

Strong logical reasoning and intermediate mathematics skills.

Competencies in customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication.

Ability to meet daily and weekly production targets in a fast-paced environment.

General computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Capability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with electrical component assembly.

Warehouse experience preferred, including forklift operation.
