Position Overview:


Dairy Tech LLC, a Windsor-based entity, specializes in providing calf management solutions for dairy and beef producers.

We are seeking a new team member to assist in the production and assembly of our pasteurizer equipment.

This role will also involve general warehouse responsibilities, including inventory management and order packing for shipment.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in assembly work and be proficient with hand tools.

The successful applicant will collaborate closely with our current production team to quickly understand the operational aspects of our pasteurizer equipment.

This position requires both independent and collaborative skills to fulfill daily job requirements.

Daily tasks may include assembly work, machine repair and troubleshooting, customer service interactions, and order fulfillment within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in a team setting to complete machine assembly and repairs.
  • Assist with machine service inquiries, primarily through phone troubleshooting.
  • Perform warehouse duties, including order fulfillment, product picking, and packaging for shipment.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area and warehouse.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in production or assembly.
  • General aptitude for reliable order fulfillment.
  • Strong logical reasoning and intermediate math skills.
  • Competency in customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly production targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • General computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
  • Capability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with electrical component assembly.
  • Warehouse experience, including forklift operation.
