Position Overview:


Dairy Tech LLC, a Windsor-based enterprise, specializes in providing dairy and beef producers with innovative calf management solutions.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, focusing on the production and assembly of our pasteurizer systems.

This role will also encompass general warehouse responsibilities, including inventory management and order packing for shipment.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in assembly tasks, particularly with hand tools.

The successful applicant will collaborate closely with our current production team to swiftly grasp the operational aspects of our pasteurizer systems.

This position requires both independent and collaborative skills to fulfill daily operational demands.

Daily tasks may include assembly work, machine maintenance and troubleshooting, customer service interactions, and order processing within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate within a team to complete machine assembly and repairs.
  • Assist with service calls, primarily troubleshooting via phone.
  • Fulfill customer orders, including product selection and packaging for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area and warehouse.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in production or assembly.

General aptitude for reliable order fulfillment.

Strong logical reasoning and intermediate math skills.

Competence in customer service, problem-solving, and effective communication.

Ability to meet daily and weekly production targets in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with electrical component assembly is advantageous.

Warehouse experience is preferred, including forklift operation skills.
