About the Role

At UFP Industries, Inc., we're committed to excellence in manufacturing and customer satisfaction. As an Assembler, you'll play a vital role in our production team, working collaboratively to bring our products to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to quality standards and company policies.
  • Assemble component parts and finished products according to customer specifications, using hand tools as required.
  • Stack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections, reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $17 per hour, dependent on experience, with opportunities for incentive pay and bonuses. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and more.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No minimum experience required, but 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of basic math and attention to detail.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
