Position Overview:


Dairy Tech LLC, a company based in Windsor, specializes in providing calf management solutions for dairy and beef producers.

We are currently seeking a new team member to assist in the production and assembly of our pasteurizer equipment.

This role will also involve general warehouse responsibilities, including selecting items from inventory and preparing orders for shipment.

Our ideal candidate will possess experience in assembly tasks that require the use of hand tools.

The successful applicant will collaborate closely with our existing production team to swiftly grasp the functionality of our pasteurizer equipment.

This position necessitates both independent and collaborative skills to fulfill daily job requirements.

On any given day, this role will encompass assembly tasks, machine maintenance and troubleshooting, customer service interactions, and order processing in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate within a team to complete machine assembly and repairs.
  • Assist with service calls for machinery, primarily through troubleshooting over the phone.
  • Perform warehouse duties, including fulfilling customer orders by selecting and packaging products for shipment.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area and warehouse.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in production or assembly.

General aptitude for reliable order fulfillment.

Strong logical reasoning and intermediate math skills.

Competencies in customer service, problem-solving, and effective communication.

Ability to meet daily and weekly production targets in a fast-paced environment.

General computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.

Capability to lift up to 60 lbs.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with electrical component assembly.

Warehouse experience is a plus, including forklift operation.

The potential compensation range for this role is outlined below.
