Patterson Companies is seeking a skilled Assembly and Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the assembly and repair of our pasteurizer equipment, as well as assisting with general warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and repair pasteurizer equipment in a team environment
- Assist with machine service calls, including troubleshooting and repair
- Perform warehouse duties, including order fulfillment and packaging
- Maintain a clean and organized production room and warehouse
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years' experience in production or assembly
- General aptitude for reliable order fulfillment
- Strong logic and intermediate mathematics skills
- Competencies in customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to meet daily and weekly production goals in a fast-paced environment
- General computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background screening and drug test
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Experience working with electrical component assembly
- Warehouse experience, including ability to drive a forklift

The potential compensation range for this role is $25.19 per hour.
