About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Account Executive, Programmatic Partnerships to join our Aperture Media Exchange (MX) team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Cadent's programmatic solutions and supply marketplace (SSP) to defined Holding Companies and their respective Agencies, Accounts, and Traders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Cadent's programmatic solutions and SSP supply into defined Holding Companies and their respective Agencies, Accounts, and Traders.
  • Master and evangelize Cadent's suite of Advertiser solutions and illustrate applicable use cases to potential customers.
  • Identify client needs, present applicable solutions, close deals, and ensure proper execution.
  • Drive share-of-wallet growth across existing customers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efficiency across other Cadent teams and functions.
  • Provide real-time customer feedback to internal Cadent teams to help shape product and solution development.
  • Creation and ownership of weekly sales pipeline and quarterly forecast.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients through the complete sales cycle.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience selling advanced TV, OTT/CTV, or OLV advertising solutions.
  • Established track record of delivering on strategic and revenue objectives.
  • Passion and understanding of the entire media marketplace with a focus on Programmatic.
  • Strong presentation skills – with or without a deck.
  • Strong discovery skills – obtaining market feedback is key to help Cadent shape and differentiate our solutions and overall marketplace offering.
  • Experience and success in driving new business wins.
  • Coachability and ability to evolve with shifting product offerings and marketplace conditions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of curiosity and ability to work beyond the defined boundaries of the role.
