Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales and grow new business by establishing and managing long-term relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail landscape, customers, and sleepwear business, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Secure program placement and execution for new and existing accounts, including department stores, clubs, off-price channels, and e-commerce-centric customers.
  2. Identify opportunities and support the development of sales strategies to establish and grow business.
  3. Partner with Design and Merchandising in line development, based on sales-driven facts and opportunities.
  4. Secure, manage, and review customer orders, and follow through with all asks from internal and external teams to ensure program execution.
  5. Work closely with Internal Customer Service and Analyst teams to identify, communicate, manage, and resolve in-season program opportunities and challenges.
  6. Review and report sales performance data to internal and external customers to drive sales.
  7. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Inventory Management teams to forecast sales and inventory needs, identify areas of underperformance, and implement corrective measures.
  8. Assist in developing annual and quarterly sales plans and budgets based on data-driven insights.
  9. Lead and support day-to-day correspondence with retailers and internal cross-functional teams.
  10. Manage costing requests and communicate with customers.
