At Golden Touch Group, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving our women's and men's sleepwear, robes, and loungewear business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow existing retail accounts, while identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Develop and execute business plans to increase sales and revenue.
- Collect, analyze, and report weekly sales performance data.
- Maintain a deep understanding of styles, colors, and fabrics in the intimate apparel category.
- Coordinate market preparation and appointments, ensuring effective internal and external follow-up.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about the marketplace and inform strategy.
- 5+ years of direct sales experience in the apparel industry, preferably in sleepwear.
- Established working relationships with buyers at large retail accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong follow-up abilities with a resourceful and problem-solving mindset.
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days work from home.
Compensation:New York Pay Rate: $75,000 - $300,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, and internal alignment.
