Intradeco Apparel is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to drive sales and grow new business by establishing and managing long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail landscape, sleepwear business, and ability to build and maintain relationships with accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure program placement and execution for new and existing accounts, including department stores, clubs, off-price channels, and e-commerce customers.
- Partner with Design and Merchandising to develop sales strategies and establish business growth.
- Manage and review customer orders, ensuring program execution and resolving in-season program opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Inventory Management teams to forecast sales and inventory needs, identifying areas of underperformance and implementing corrective measures.
- Develop annual and quarterly sales plans and budgets based on data-driven insights.
