FamilyMenders In-Home Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Manager to join our team in Northwest Georgia. This rewarding role involves providing Parent Aide, Behavior Aide, Supervision, & Transportation Services to adult and child clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home parenting support and behavior management services to families
  • Conduct supervised visitations and transportation services as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field with less than 3 years of professional experience working with children and families (OR)
  • High school diploma/GED plus 5 years of professional experience working with children and families
  • Bilingual service providers in Spanish/English are highly desired
Benefits:
  • Schedule flexibility based on staff and client availability
  • Paid mileage for work-related travel
  • Ongoing training and support from our experienced team
Compensation:
  • $17/hour plus mileage for parent education/behavior aide services
  • $17/hour plus mileage for supervised visitation services
  • $15/hour plus mileage for transportation services
