Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Wound Care Specialist to join our team at ReNew Wound Care. As a specialist, you will work closely with healthcare professionals in skilled nursing facilities to provide advanced treatments and dramatically cut down on hospital readmissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control measures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress.
  • Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Valid PA License
  • Board Certified - NCCPA
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
  • Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations.

Compensation:

Starting salary: $125,000 per annum, with potential for additional monthly bonus based on RVU. We also offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, PTO/Sick Time, and full, part, and independent contractor opportunities.
