The Vitruvian Health Care System is recruiting a skilled Pediatric Developmental Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at the Anna Shaw Children's Institute. As a key member of our care delivery system, you will provide high-quality, coordinated care to address the range of developmental and behavioral health challenges faced by children with neurodevelopmental disorders.

Our ideal candidate will possess leadership skills emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration, partnership building, and advocacy for children and families.   • We offer a competitive salary of $250,000 per year, along with a productivity incentive and quality incentive program.
  • A generous signing bonus of $15,000, relocation assistance, and optional residency stipend and student loan repayment opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of an interdisciplinary care team, collaborating with pediatricians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, licensed professional counselors, board-certified behavior analysts, registered behavior technicians, social workers, and educational resource coordinators. You will be based at the Anna Shaw Children's Institute, a 54,000 square foot facility providing cutting-edge care for children with developmental challenges.

This position offers a unique blend of clinical practice, education, and research opportunities. You will have the chance to participate in academic projects, collaborate with internal medicine and family medicine residency programs, and contribute to the development of evidence-based clinical practices.
