Vitruvian Health Care System, a regional healthcare leader in north Georgia, seeks a skilled Developmental or Neurodevelopmental Behavioral Pediatrician to join our multidisciplinary care team at the Anna Shaw Children's Institute. Located in Dalton, GA, this state-of-the-art facility offers comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for children with developmental challenges.

As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, coordinated care to address the range of developmental and behavioral health needs of children with medical complexities and family therapy requirements. Your expertise in developmental-behavioral evaluations, complex neurodevelopmental conditions, ADHD, genetic disorders, and special health care needs will be invaluable in enhancing the quality of care delivery and health outcomes for our region.

The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration, partnership building, and advocacy for children and families. A demonstrated focus on family-centered care and vision for the future of persons with disabilities in society are essential qualities. We also value your ability to work as a team member, commitment to quality patient safety, and excellence in evidence-based clinical care.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 per year, depending on experience, plus productivity incentives and a signing bonus. Additional benefits include full health benefits, 31 days of paid time off, 5% retirement matching, $7,000 CME allowance, and more. Paid malpractice insurance is also provided.

The Anna Shaw Children's Institute is a 54,000 square foot, freestanding care institute that integrates children's services in one building. Our multidisciplinary team includes Developmental Behavioral Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, Social Workers, and Educational Resource Coordinators. We collaborate closely with primary care medical home providers and community organizations to ensure seamless care coordination.
