Job Overview

Loyola Marymount University, a renowned institution of higher education, is seeking an exceptional Administrative Program Coordinator to support the Office of International Programs and Partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative, logistical, and clerical support to advance the mission and vision of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Associate Provost and IPP Directors, ensuring efficient operation of our programs.
  • Organize meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate delegation visits to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Manage correspondence, process reports, and maintain confidential documents through secure filing systems.
  • Support event planning, including space reservations, catering, setup, and attendance management.
  • Assist with marketing and promotion, including design, printing, and social media posts.
  • Process invoices, faculty awards, expense reports, and prepare memos and other forms in Workday.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor expenses, and reconcile accounts as needed.
  • Liaise with faculty, staff, and university offices to support the work of our office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related administrative experience.
  • Experience performing a variety of administrative duties, ideally in international education.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with campus software platforms.
  • Ability to use initiative, independent judgment, tact, and diplomacy.

Benefits and Salary
