About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Water Resources Project Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida. As a key member of our Water Resources team, you will be responsible for leading complex water resources projects, including pump stations, storage and treatment facilities, collection and conveyance systems, and stormwater and water resources projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage water resources projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and construction managers, to deliver projects that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a focus in Water Resources or a closely related discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in water resources engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
  • Professional license in a relevant field.
  • Strong business development skills, with connections to local agencies and municipalities in Florida.
  • Experience with change management and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
