The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled SME Account Executive to drive revenue growth in the West region of the United States. Reporting to our Sales Director, you'll work directly with stakeholders and potential clients to further DailyPay's success.

Your Impact- Develop expertise in DailyPay's product offerings and deliver compelling presentations
- Pitch and close qualified prospects through webinars, sales calls, and in-person meetings
- Leverage relationships with product champions to expedite deals and improve close rates
- Navigate corporate structures to effectively communicate value to multiple team members
- Utilize financial and analytical tools to present employee benefits to partner organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of valuable relationships, consistently moving partners towards closure
- Meet and exceed revenue production targets by consistently meeting or surpassing set quotas
- 3+ years of experience in B2B inside or outside sales
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, particularly with longer sales cycles
- Industry experience in HR product or service sales, enterprise sales, or SaaS sales
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- SUCCESS selling to multiple decision-makers across various departments
- Enthusiasm for empowering our partners and company to achieve new heights of success
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented approach
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $100,000 (Remote, Standard)
