About the Role:
Fifth Third Bank, N.A. is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager 3 to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures
- Work closely with internal partners to deepen existing relationships and acquire new prospective relationships
- Attend industry forums, conferences, and meetings to broaden relationship networks and deepen knowledge of trends and practices
- Analyze financial information to determine credit requests and monitor customer financial performance
- Partner with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers on credit requests and adhere to established Portfolio Management guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 years commercial banking experience, with at least 5 years of sales experience
- Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience
- Proven track record of partnership with investment bankers and ability to build new and existing client business
- Strong business acumen, including detailed analysis and review of financial statements
