**Digital Banking Specialist**

This role is responsible for managing and enhancing our digital banking services. The successful candidate will support members with online and mobile banking platforms, analyze user experience, and implement new features to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Support – Assist members with inquiries related to digital banking services, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Platform Management – Oversee the operation of online account opening portal, ensuring timely review of online account applications and new member follow up.
  • User Experience – Analyze member feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement in digital services.
  • Compliance – Ensure all digital banking services comply with relevant regulatory requirements and security standards.
  • Reporting – Generate reports on digital banking performance metrics and present findings to Leadership.
  • Troubleshooting – Act as first point of contact for technical issues, coordinating with other areas as needed.
  • Market Research – Stay informed about trends in digital banking and financial technology, making recommendations for new features and services.
  • Job Knowledge – Maintain knowledge of One Detroit Credit Union's products and services, policies and procedures.
  • Sales – Analyze member activity and cross sell other products and services that fit the member's need.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Some college level course work preferred.
  • Two years prior banking and customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience assisting members with inquires and/or problem resolution.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
