The Creative Video Production Specialist plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, capturing, and editing visual content for both internal and external communications at Delkor Systems. This position requires occasional travel for on-site video production. It is a full-time, in-person role based at the Delkor headquarters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Video Scheduling: Coordinate with project managers to determine timelines and specifics for internal video projects, including equipment locations and product details.
  • Filming:
    • Lead and guide team members during video shoots on the production floor.
    • Conduct thorough pre-production planning, analyzing cinematic elements such as camera angles, lighting, and sound.
    • Utilize drone technology for filming as required by the Video Content Review Committee.
  • Editing:
    • Complete video edits within a two-week timeframe, typically requiring up to four hours per project.
    • Organize and save all video files systematically, adhering to established naming conventions and folder structures.
  • Sample Management:
    • Retain multiple product samples post-shoot and collaborate with marketing staff for organization.
  • Inventory Oversight: Maintain an inventory of all audiovisual equipment in the production studio.
  • Travel for Filming:
    • Conduct on-site filming at various customer facilities throughout the year, with trips scheduled in advance.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Assist in the production of employee training videos.
    • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of experience as a lead videographer is essential.
  • A degree from a film school is highly preferred.
  • Experience with drone operation is advantageous.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Ability to set up multiple cameras simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with various camera brands, particularly Sony, Panasonic, DJI, and GoPro.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of audio recording techniques and equipment.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Capable of independent problem-solving.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Approximately 70% of work is conducted in an office setting, with 30% on the production floor.
